What are Periodic inspection Reports / Condition Reports?

A Periodic inspection report is an inspection of your electrical installtion that determins any defects or saftey issues with your electrics.

They are commonly needed for insurance reasons, Landlords, House buyers / Sellers and personal peace of mind. Please look in the right hand column at some of the horrors we have found when completing Periodic inspection reports in the past.

In simple terms a periodic inspection report works a bit like an MOT does on your car. on completion you will be provided with a certificate that will point out any remiedal works that need to be done to bring your installtion up to a safe & satisfactory standard and then finally give you a date for next inspection & a competitive quote for any works need to ensure a pass..
